From the runway to your closet, es la moda universal? es estacional?

For a while I asked myself if Fashion was universal o seasonal. If I'm watching a spring-summer dress for next year, can I wear it now, in fall? Or maybe I could wear a trend ! I thought of the fabric, the weather, gender, colors, prints...

But watching these pictures I think I finally answered my question... Fashion is free, we can wear what ever we want as long as we look good and beautiful. Nowadays we can travel in time and follow trends, go ahead or go back few years in the past.

These girls took runway outfits from 2014 summer-spring collections and wore them in this 2013 fall. Most of them copied the same look, they didnt change anything and some of them are selling their own colection like Victoria Beckham.

Durante un buen tiempo me pregunte a mi misma si la moda era universal o incluso estacional. Si hoy estoy viendo un vestido de la colección primavera - verano del año que viene y me gusta, puedo usarlo ahora que es otoño ? O tal vez pueda usar una tendencia! Me puse a pensar en ciertas dificultades como los géneros, el clima, los colores, etc.

Viendo estas fotografías creo que finalmente he contestado mi pregunta... la moda es libre, podemos usar lo que queramos siempre que estemos cómodas y nos veamos super. Eso es lo bueno de los tiempos actuales y es que podemos seguir la tendencia, adelantarnos a lo que viene o volver un poco al pasado ... podemos viajar en el tiempo!!!!

Estas chicas han sacado estos looks tal cual de la pasarela, son colecciones de la temporada primavera-verano 2014. Y las están usando en plena temporada otoñal 2013. Por supuesto algunas están promocionando su propia colección como Victoria Beckham

And of course a red tote, I love this type of bag, for its simplicity and practicality.

Un día caluroso en Salta, día de festejo de la tradición también por eso quería usar mi chaleco gauchesco.

Elegí para combinarlo un vestido muy suelto y fresco. La parte de abajo con rayas horizontales hacen que las caderas se vean mas anchas y el chaleco negro hace que la espalda se vea mas angosta. Incluso el sobre vuelo del vestido en la parte superior sale por debajo del chaleco agrandando las caderas... genial para la cintura ancha y caderas angostas !

Y por supuesto una Tote roja, amo este tipo de carteras, por su simpleza y practicidad.

Las zapatillas deportivas se están usando ! para convertir a cualquier cualquier conjunto en un look canchero. Yo me las compré esta semana y las elegí en negro porque combinan con todo y porque también la podes usar para el trabajo si es un ambiente relajado e informal.

Que los valores de pongan de moda: @purefashion - argentina

La Linda Lozana estuvo en el evento final de Pure Fashion Salta 2013, este fin de semana. Y con este evento quiero introducir un segmento nuevo en el Blog: "El Lado B de la Moda".

El encuentro se realizó en el hermoso y campestre Hostal Castellanos @hostalcastellanos, a pocos minutos de la Ciudad se encuentra esta casona de época, rodeada de estos imponentes árboles.

¿Qué es Pure Fashion?

Es un movimiento nacido en USA para jóvenes mujeres de 14 a 17 años. Se ha expandido alrededor del mundo debido a su misión. Formar a las jóvenes en todas unas señoritas, desde su presentación al mundo a partir de la moda y el estilo hasta valores de autorespeto y autovaloración.

El pasado domingo tuvo lugar el cierre de las actividades de este año con un desfile de las 45 chicas salteñas. Todas ellas acompañadas por sus madres, padres, hermanos y hermanas, abuelos y primos. Un ambiente de familia es el que se vivió en el Hostal, y donde las organizadoras pidieron a los padres que las acompañen siempre a cada una de ellas en su crecimiento y desarrollo personal.

El desfile es una muestra del cuidado personal que cada señorita ha aprendido en este ciclo, el estilo que cada una puede tener siempre teniendo en cuenta esa transición tan difícil que es la adolescencia. En la pasarela desfilan como modelos de vida, donde irradian alegría.

Esta es una misión muy importante que las organizadoras se toman muy en serio en su tercer año de Pure Fashion Salta. Y cuentan con la colaboración de las supermodelos de vida!

Pure Fashion para mi es el conjunto de mujeres fuertes y decididas, que hacen la unión para sus hijas y para cualquier adolescente que en la actualidad necesitan tanto desarrollar y afianzar la AUTOCONFIANZA. Indispensable para encarar la vida a pleno !!

Pure Fashion hace que los VALORES SE PONGAN DE MODA!!! -PORQUE LA BELLEZA EXTERIOR ES EL REFLEJO DE TU BELLEZA INTERIOR.-

Dicen que lo pequeño viene en envase pequeño... bueno esta mujer de 1,50 los está noqueando a todos con sus looks.
La mas buscada por los fotógrafos, puede combinarlo todo. Lo que mas me gusta de ella es que realmente se juega en cada look, lo da todo al armar un conjunto y sale a la calle con tanta seguridad que todos caen rendidos a sus pies.

Lately I've been reading motivational material and found many similarities between different authors.

All agree on the need and importance of being a positive mindset.

We need as human beings away our cultural, social, family and personal conditioning to achieve having thoughts that add ... this means that many attitudes and unconscious or conscious biases of each result of having learned from the environment around us. We need them aside to train our mind to have positive thoughts constantly.

How?

Something that I truly believe from experience is that the mind has great power, we have a great power. We just have to train her to control that power to our advantage.

Positive thoughts have to be apprehended by our minds, every morning when you wake up write down something that you´re grateful for and imagine wonderful things that might happen to you today.

When you go to wash your face look yourself in the mirror and smile.

And when you go to bed be grateful for what you did, it may be a minor detail but it is the beginning and it is worth trying again tomorrow and the day after and so on.

They say a habit is acquired after 45 days of continuous and uninterrupted practice. This is an average, may be less or more for everyone but wath are 45 days compared to a life full of fulfillment and joy.

Positive thoughts are just the beginning for what follows ... it is a destination full of greatness.

All this is free and just need some discipline to make it a habit.


It is my goal this month. Ever tried for a couple of days and really notice the change in those around me. Try to go to the business of shopping wearing a smile ... preferential treatment, is a fact.

Vision board

I am constantly reading material that allows you to grow as a person ... and I'm interested in "vision boards".
