positive thoughts


Lately I've been reading motivational material and found many similarities between different authors.

All agree on the need and importance of being a positive mindset.

We need as human beings away our cultural, social, family and personal conditioning to achieve having thoughts that add ... this means that many attitudes and unconscious or conscious biases of each result of having learned from the environment around us. We need them aside to train our mind to have positive thoughts constantly.

How?

Something that I truly believe from experience is that the mind has great power, we have a great power. We just have to train her to control that power to our advantage.

Positive thoughts have to be apprehended by our minds, every morning when you wake up write down something that you´re grateful for and imagine wonderful things that might happen to you today.

When you go to wash your face look yourself in the mirror and smile.

And when you go to bed be grateful for what you did, it may be a minor detail but it is the beginning and it is worth trying again tomorrow and the day after and so on.

They say a habit is acquired after 45 days of continuous and uninterrupted practice. This is an average, may be less or more for everyone but wath are 45 days compared to a life full of fulfillment and joy.

Positive thoughts are just the beginning for what follows ... it is a destination full of greatness.

All this is free and just need some discipline to make it a habit.


It is my goal this month. Ever tried for a couple of days and really notice the change in those around me. Try to go to the business of shopping wearing a smile ... preferential treatment, is a fact.
